RENO — Donations are still being sought for Artown’s 10th annual Art Paws & Bark Fest on July 18 at the McKinley Arts & Cultural Center.

The silent auction has for the past several years been the biggest money maker for the animal organizations that receive proceeds from the event, including the Tahoe-Truckee Humane Society.

This event depends on sponsorships and donations from individuals and businesses. The Tahoe-Truckee Humane Society and the winners of PetFolio Magazine’s Reader’s Choice Awards need this money, this year.

The organization is asking for a tax-deductible donation of products or a clever basket for the silent auction. Donated items can be picked up.
