Willie Jones, 39, has been arrested by Reno police on allegations that he kidnapped, abused and sexually assaulted a child with a mental disability.

On July 26, the Reno Police Department responded to a possible sexual assault of a minor child.

After an investigation, patrol officers and detectives learned that the 15-year-old victim got into the vehicle of Jones, mistakenly believing he was someone she knew. Jones then allegedly took the girl to his residence where he furnished her with alcohol and narcotics and had sex with her. Police say that Jones then transported her to a motel room where he continued to have sex with her and would not let her leave the motel. The victim in this case has a diminished mental capacity, police said.

Jones was arrested for first degree kidnapping, statutory sexual seduction (four counts), child abuse and luring a minor with a mental disability.
