UNR School of Medicine to hold annual White Coat ceremony

Sixty-two new members of the University of Nevada medical school class of 2013 will participate in the the 13th annual cloaking ceremony on Aug. 14 at 5 p.m., symbolically welcoming them into the health care profession.

The ceremony concludes the students’ orientation week and is part of the School of Medicine’s Family Day celebration.

The ceremony will be held in the Joe Crowley Student Union Ballroom at the University of Nevada, Reno.
